We’re a small, independent brand — and we do things a little differently. Every Tidewater Threads product is printed just for you once the presale closes, so we don’t carry extra inventory or keep shelves stocked with backups.

That means we can’t do traditional returns or exchanges — but we do stand behind what we make.

If We Messed Up — We’ll Make It Right

If your order shows up with:

A misprint or defect (peeling, crooked, etc.)
The wrong item (wrong size, color, or design)

That’s on us — and we’ll fix it, no questions asked.
Just send a photo and your order number to support@tidewaterthreadsco.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send you a replacement.
You don’t need to ship anything back.

If the Size’s Off or You Change Your Mind

Since every item is made-to-order, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges if:

You picked the wrong size
You decided you don’t like the design
You changed your mind after ordering

We’re a lean operation and don’t keep extras on hand — so we can’t replace gear that was made exactly as ordered.

If the fit wasn’t right, we may be able to offer you a one-time 25% discount toward the correct size on your next purchase — just email us and we’ll do what we can.

Cancellations

We allow cancellations within 48 hours of placing your order, or before production begins — whichever comes first. If you need to cancel, just email us at support@tidewaterthreadsco.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Once production has started, we can’t cancel or refund your order. Each piece is made just for you, and we print in small, scheduled batches.

Check the Size Chart Before You Order

Every product page includes a detailed size guide. Most of our gear runs true to size, but if you’re between sizes or unsure, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Got questions? Reach out before you order — we’re always happy to help.
